Client: Swerve Fitness, an indoor cycling and boutique fitness studio based in New York City, NY.

Process: I worked with the Swerve Fitness team over a two and a half year span, building out their branded merchandise assortment for 3 studio locations. They desired to elevate their previous retail collections with a focus on higher-end brands and integrating their new logos with fresh graphic design.
I sourced and merchandised all apparel and accessories through a combination of wholesale suppliers and high-end third-party vendors. Based on seasonal budgets and hindsight sell-through data, I selected each seasonal assortment and created co-branded mock-ups with logos to make each item customized.
Seeing the product through production, I created visual merchandise plans and worked with the team to assign retail leads for tagging and inventory management. Once the collection was delivered, I arranged the floor assortments to ensure all of the styles merchandised well with on-hand products in an organized and styled manner.
I provided weekly selling reports and sell-through analytics to assess their top-selling products as well as old-age inventory exit plans that maintained the brand integrity as a full-price business.
